Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this mixture. I originally bought this for when I am ovulating and about to get my period as I typically gain 5-7lbs of water weight. This additional water weight makes me feel bloated and heavy. I came across this product and thought I would try it. When I first tried it, it didn't taste that good, but then I got used to it because this product works. I not only use this when I feel bloated during those times of the month, but I use it almost every day! I feel lighter, less full, and just healthier.
