Organic Irish Moss

I was introduced to sea moss from hearing about how my parents used to consume it in a milk-based drink. I added it to my regimen on January 13. It has a very sea-like taste, reminiscent of shrimp.

I took the supplement every other day. At first, I took a teaspoon, then I increased my amount to two tablespoons.

I love this product! It has given me more energy and has helped my immune system tremendously
